How about enabling Chinese character input by means of mouse strokes?

Character entry from a US keyboard is quite an arcane skill, and pen-talbets designed for character entry are fairly rare in the west too.

Drawing characters with a mouse on a mousepad is probably the most universally available input method. But I know of only one software program that supports it, and it costs some &70 IIRC

Awesome! I used to copy the simplified Chinese from Google Translate into a separate web tool that gave me pinyin. Now I get characters and pinyin from Google. Kudos to you!
